基于单片机液晶显示模块的接口设计

摘    要:介绍了GJ12864点阵式液晶显示模块和单片机MSP430F149的功能特点及两者之间的接口设计.通过适当的电路设计解决了电平不兼容的问题.详细阐述了硬件电路的设计和图形、字符及汉字属性显示方式的软件设计思想,给出了硬件接口电路图和显示程序流程图.该设计具有硬件电路设计简单可靠,程序编写简单实用的优点.成功完成了LCD显示驱动及系统控制的双重任务,实现了良好的人机对话,实践中取得良好的效果,并已成功应用于γ-个人辐射剂量仪中.

Abstract:GJ12864 LCD module and MSP430F149 are introduced. The interface between GJ12864 LCD and MSP430F149 is discussed. By designing a proper interface circuit between the MSP430F149controller and the LCD module, the problem of electrical level compatibility is settled. The design method of hardware and software are both discussed in details. As for the software design, the graphics, symbols, and at- tribute of Chinese characters are studied that could control the module more efficiently.The hardware interface circuits display program flowchart of GJ12864 and MSP430F149 are given. A simple and practical method of software programming is explored. The design has the advantages of simple and reliable hardware, easy programming. The design obtained good application results. And it has been successfully applied to γ-radiagem individual instrument.
