摘    要:在对新型阴极的相关技术特点进行讨论的基础上,针对200 kA系列铝电解槽,就内衬结构的优化设计、焙烧启动工艺、后期及正常管理等相关技术进行了探讨。实践结果表明:良好的保温设计是新型阴极结构电解槽的关键;火焰-铝液二段焙烧工艺是较佳的焙烧-启动方法,该电解槽可在低电压状态下稳定运行,吨铝交流电耗平均下降662 kW·h/t-Al,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Based on discussion of the performance of a new-type cathode technique, the cathode structure, baked technique, and the latter operation were discussed and applied for 200 kA aluminum reduc- tion cells. The results show that a good heat insulation design of cathode structure is the key factor and the flame-inched baked technique is a better baked and start method, the aluminum reduction cells can stably operate at a lower voltage, and the AC consumption can be decreased by 662 kW·h/t-Al.
