摘    要:分析了薄壁铸件在充型过程中存在的两种充型形态,并应用射流理论,讨论了充型过程中影响充型形态的因素,进而指出最佳充型速度应是逐渐加速的;其次从流体力学的角度,对金属液充型过程进行分析,从理论上确定了最佳充型速度应满足的条件;最后,应用导出的方程对具体实例进行计算分析,得出某薄壁平板铸件的最佳充型速度。

Abstract:Two kinds of filling morphologies existed in filling process of indirect squeezing casting thin-walled components were described, and factors influencing filling morphology were approached on the basis of jet theory. Furthermore, it was pointed out that optimal filling velocity should be gradually accelerated.
