基于AD598的位移传感器的误差研究

摘    要:差动变压器式位移传感器是在仪器仪表中广泛采用的电磁式变换元件。本文分析了差动变压器式位移传感器的工作原理。利用线性差动变压器的专用芯片AD598作为传感器的测量电路,深入分析了差动变压器位移传感器误差的形成,误差的测量方法及精度的标定。采用专用集成电路AD598可以大大简化差动变压器变进电路的结构,并且其线性度、可靠性和温度漂移等指标都有很大的提高。实验结果表明,基于AD598的差动变压器式位移传感器具有较高的精度。

Abstract:Linear variable differential transformer(LVDT) sensor is an electromagnetic switch unit widely used in apparatus and instrument.In this paper,the configuration and work principle of LVDT sensor is analyzed.The LVDT signal conditioner AD598 is used as measuring circuit to thoroughly analyze how the errors of LVDT sensor formed,the method is proposed to measure the errors and demarcate the precision.Using AD598,the convert circuit structure has been reduced and the property has been risen greatly.The experiment concludes that the LVDT based on AD598 can achieve high accuracy.
