摘    要:基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价理论,结合炼油厂用于发电的锅炉在运行时的工艺与特点,首先依据递阶层次结构给出了评价燃油锅炉状态的主要指标体系,然后将层次分析法中的1~9的比例标度法和判断矩阵与模糊原理相结合,给出了一套基于层次分析法和模糊理论的综合指标评价方法,并用Visual Basic语言编制了使用软件系统.最后的仿真评价实例说明此方法和编制的软件避免了传统评价方法的主观随意性,评价结果合理.

Abstract:Based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy principle,a new algorithm of the appraisal boiler system is given in this paper,and this boiler is used for generating electricity in an oil plant.First the major criterion system which can be used to appraise boiler system be getting on the step level structure.Then a target assessment algorithm of the appraisal boiler system is get unifi es the analytic hierarchy process in 1~9 proportions scales law and the judgment matrix and the fuzzy principle.The algorithm is realized by Visual Basic software.The last the example of simulation showed the algorithm proposed in this article is effectual and the software is feasible.The appraisal result is reasonable.
