| 摘 要： | 介绍纯棉中厚织物的冷轧堆卷洗、冷轧堆平洗和退煮漂一浴法等三种前处理工艺，并对它们在实际生产中的利弊进行对比，认为冷轧堆卷洗适合小批量多品种生产；冷轧堆平洗生产周期相对缩短，可连续化生产，但重现性差；退煮漂一浴法生产周期大大缩短，生产能力大，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Three processes for medium weight cotton fabric are discussed, such as cold pad batch jigger washing, cold pad batch open washing and one bath process of desizing, scouring and bleaching, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. It is found that cold pad batch jigger washing process is suitable for small lot, multi variety and rapid delivery production; cold pad batch open washing process is suitable for continuous production; one bath process of desizing, scouring and bleaching features shortened cycle, high capacity and good reproducibility. |
