回转式空气预热器漏风的(火用)分析

摘    要:采用火用分析对回转式空气预热器漏风过程不可逆性进行了研究,提出了火用损失系数的概念,并进行了实际计算。计算结果表明,空气预热器漏风的火用损失不但与漏风系数有关,而且与锅炉负荷的大小有关。火用分析结果为回转式空气预热器设计和运行提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Adopting exergy analysis,the irreversibility of air leakage process has been studied,a concept of exergy loss coefficent being put forward,and practical calculation being carried out.Result of calculation shows that the exergy loss in air leakage of the air preheater is not only related to air leakage coefficient,but also related to the magnitude of boiler load.The results of exergy analysis provide certain theoretic bases for design and operation of the rotary air preheater.
