摘    要:高职高专院校学生学习倦怠主要表现在情绪低落、行为不当和低成就感三个方面,环境原因、自身原因、专业原因、学业压力和情绪压力五个方面是引起学生学习倦怠的主要原因,并且已经成为阻碍学生提升知识、能力和素质的重要因素。引导学生改善情绪管理,加强课堂管理,因材施教和做好职业发展规划教育是帮助学生走出学习倦怠困境的有效途径。

Abstract:Learning burnout of vocational college students is mainly manifested in such three areas as depression,misconduct and low sense of achievement.The main reasons of learning burnout are caused by five aspects,those are,environment,students themselves,their majors,academic pressure and emotional stress.In addition,they have become an obstacle to prevent the students from upgrading their knowledge,ability and quality.This paper proposes that it is an effective way to make the students get out of the trouble-lea...
