含稀土磷块岩选矿工艺研究

摘    要:报告了贵州某含稀土磷块岩选矿工艺。通过原矿筛析及水析结果得出稀土元素赋存于磷矿物中,且与磷成正相关系的结论。试验中采用一粗一精一扫反浮选闭路流程,可获得P2O534.38%,MgO0.28%产率为63.13%的磷精矿。

Abstract:The results of screening raw ore showed that rare earth elements deposited in phosphate rock and they had positive relation with phosphate rock. A reverse flotation closed circuit consisting of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging stage was applied in the tests. Phosphate concentrate with P_2O_5 34.38%, MgO 0.28% and yield 63.13% could be got.
