摘    要:将稀土助催化剂氧化铈以纳米管的形式直接合成在堇青石蜂窝载体表面。通过改变制备工艺和条件实现了以堇青石蜂窝为载体生长氧化铈纳米管阵列的可控合成。由于具有较高的比表面积和均匀分散性,相比于传统的氧化铝掺杂稀土助剂可以更好地提高催化剂比表面积,并有效抑制贵金属的高温烧结。

Abstract:The ceria nanotubes on the inner walls of cordierite honeycombs were prepared by hydrothermal method.The optimal synthetic process was ascertained by adjusting preparation condition parameters.Compared with the traditional three-way catalyst,the ceria nanotubes based monolithic catalyst effectively inhibited high temperature sintering of precious metal,and exhibited improvement of catalytic performance due to its higher specific surface area and better dispersibility.
