摘    要:连续重整装置设计能力为40万t/a,长周期运行暴露出立式混合进料换热器换热效率低,重整加热炉炉膛温度高,炉效率低等隐患和瓶颈问题.通过改造重整“四合一”加热炉,优化预加氢工艺流程并应用高效板式换热器新技术,既达到了降低能耗和清洁生产的目的,又消除了装置瓶颈,重整加工能力提高到50万t/a.

Abstract:The design capacity of the aromatic CCR unit is 400 kt/a.After a long period operation,thefollowing bottleneck problems and the hidden peril were discovered including the lower efficiency ofthe vertical exchanger heater for the mixed feed,the higher temperature in the hearth of the heatingfurnace,the lower efficiency of the heating furnace etc..By the alteration of the "four in one" heatingfurnace,the optimization of prehydrogenation process and the application of the new high efficiencyheat exchanger not only make the energy consumption reduced but also gain the cleaner productionends.Also,the bottleneck problems of the aromatic CCR unit are removed,whose capacity is increasedto 500 kt/a.
