SiO2/ZrO2复合溶胶稳定性的探究

摘    要:作者采用正交实验和单因素分析法对SiO2/ZrO2复合溶胶的稳定性进行探究.重点考察ZrOCl2·8H2O、乙醇、DMF、pH、水等因素对复合溶胶稳定性的影响.结果表明:复合溶胶的凝胶时间随着锆含量的增加而变短,随着乙醇、DMF的增加延长;pH对复合溶胶稳定性影响很大,pH=2.6时比较适宜;复合溶胶的稳定性随着水量的增多而增强,随着配制温度升高而减弱,温度不宜超过30℃,保持在25~30℃.

Abstract:Adopting the analysis method of orthogonal experiment and single factor analyzes the stability of the SiO2/ZrO2 composite sol.Focus on ZrOCl2 · 8H2 O,pH,water and DMF,which are the factors influencing the stability of composite sol.The results showed that with ZrOC12 · 8H2O accession,the composite sol stability gradually is worse,The accession of ETOH and DMF makes that the composite stability increases; pH has great effect on the stability of composite sol,pH should be 2.6;The stability of composite sol increases with the water increasing,which decreases with increasing temperature,preparation temperature of composite sol should not exceed 30 ℃,maintaining at 25 ℃ to 30 ℃.
