开孔多孔陶瓷的制备技术

摘    要:介绍了开孔多孔陶瓷的制备方法及其研究进展,着重描述了有机泡沫浸渍工艺、添加造孔剂工艺、溶胶-凝胶工艺、挤出成型工艺、木质陶瓷和包混工艺,并总结了各工艺制备多孔陶瓷的优、缺点.

Abstract:The development of open-pore porous ceramics using different fabrication methods was reviewed. A number of preparation procedures, including polymeric sponge impregnation process, addition pore-forming material process, sol-gel process, extrusion process, wood-ceramic process and coat mix process were described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the fabrication technologies of open pore porous ceramics were also summarized.
