2004年国外钻井液技术的新进展(Ⅱ)

摘    要:2004年,国外出现的钻井液新技术还包括防漏堵漏技术、井壁稳定技术和环境保护方面的技术.防漏堵漏技术有:Matador公司的采用油管摘脱技术与特殊的打水泥塞技术相结合的方式处理井漏失的新技术、BJ服务公司的采用交联水泥处理漏失、哈里伯顿的控制井漏的井眼压力安全壳、斯伦贝谢公司与CPI钻井队合作而开发出的用纤维水泥浆堵漏以及含防漏材料的预处理钻井液.介绍了各种新技术的特点、作用机理和现场应用情况.在井壁稳定技术中,介绍了澳大利亚的CSIRO石油公司开发的力学-热学-化学耦合的井眼稳定性模式、Solvang/Statoil公司提出的确保井眼清洁和井壁稳定的水基钻井液设计准则.环境保护技术回顾了钻屑排放问题解决的历程,介绍了符合OSPAR排放标准的海上钻屑粉碎技术;Statoil ASA公司开发出的水基钻井液的再利用也是北海地区环境保护和降低钻井成本工作的有效方法.

Abstract:Several new drilling fluids abroad focused on lost circulation control and plugging,hole stability and in 2004 also appeared.Several lost circulation control and plugging technologies include the oil pipe picking associated with special cementing plug technology of Matador Company,crosslinked cement technology of BJ Services Co.,hole pressure safe shell technology of Halliburton Company and fiber slurry plugging technology and pretreatment drilling fluid with loss circulation prevention material of Schlumberger Co.and CPI drilling team.These new technologies' characteristic,mechanism and field application were presented.Also,several hole stability technologies were presented which included the hole stability model based on the couple of thermodynamics,chemical and mechanical developed by Australia CSIRO Oil Corporation;design criterion of water-based drilling fluid for hole cleaning and stability advanced by Solvang/Statoil Company.The environmental protection technologies were presented by review of cuttings release.And also,the offshore cuttings shattering technology according to the OSPAR release standard and the water-based drilling fluid recycle technology developed by Statoil ASA for reducing the cost of drilling and environmental protection in North Sea area were presented.
