在线实时红外研究丙烯聚合N催化剂的制备过程

摘    要:采用在线实时IR表征方法研究了丙烯聚合N催化剂的制备过程,包括MgCl2的溶解过程、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)的溶解过程、滴加TiCl4的过程。表征结果显示,MgCl2可与磷酸三丁酯(TBP)迅速发生络合反应,而与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)则需在较高的反应温度及较长的反应时间下发生络合反应;PA在MgCl2-ECH-甲苯体系中可与ECH发生反应生成酯,而在MgCl2-TBP-甲苯体系中与TBP只有微弱的反应;通过滴加TiCl4可破坏TBP中的P O双键从而使MgCl2析出,并促进溶液中的酯类物质与MgCl2发生配位络合反应。

Abstract:The preparation processes of N-catalyst used in propylene polymerization,including dissolving MgCl2,adding phthalic anhydride(PA) and dropping TiCl4,were studied by means of on-line real-time IR.The results showed that in the dissolving MgCl2 dissolution process,MgCl2 reacteded quickly with tributyl phosphate(TBP),whereas its reactioned with epichlorohydrin(ECH) was slow because the reaction required higher reaction temperature and longer reaction time.In the system of MgCl2-ECH-toluene,PA reacted quickly with ECH and generated a large amount of esters.In the system of MgCl2-TBP-toluene,PA reacted slowly with TBP and generated trace esters.The addition of TiCl4 destroyed PO bond of TBP,which made MgCl2 separate out from the solution and promoted the complexation reactions between esters and MgCl2.
