RH回水泵系统的变频节能改造

摘    要:介绍了变频调速的基本原理及泵和管网的基本特性,对变频器控制水泵的节能原理作了分析,并以RH回水系统工程为例,介绍了变频器在RH回水泵中的应用,PLC和变频器之间采用Profibus-DP现场总线通信实现对变频器的自动调控,稳定了系统管道压力,满足了生产工艺需求。

Abstract:The present paper introduces the basic principles of transducer, the basic characteristics of the pump and pipeline, and analyzes the energy-saving theory of the pump controlled with the transducer. Meanwhile, it takes the pump fan supply system renovation project to the converter as an example, and introduces the application of the transducer used in the water supply system of RH, Profibus-DP fieldbus is used for communication between inverter and PLC, thus automatic regulation and control of the inverter are implemented, and the pressure of the pipeline system is stable , which has met production requirements.
