摘    要:介绍了一种用三轴联动高速数控铣床加工复杂叶片的新方法.采用Unlgraphics软件建立模型,生成刀具轨迹模型图,进行后置处理,生成数控加工程序代码,并在线进行叶片加工.

Abstract:A news method for manufacturing the complicated blades on the NC-milling machine with 3-axis control is introduced.Using Unlgraphics software for building the model,a tool's track model is formed,and then backgrounding is carried out.Finally the manufacturing code for NC processing is created and the machining for the blades is fulfilled on line.
