摘    要:从工艺和设备的不同角度分析了酚回收工段水塔侧线汽相夹带酚水的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,可根本消除侧线夹带酚水的现象,而且侧线氨水浓度由改造前4%~7%提高至10%~14%,塔釜废水含氨量由原来的500mg/L降至200mg/L以下。经过初步统计,改造后可为企业每年创造约400万元的效益。

Abstract:The phenolic water entrainment in the side gas output is always a difficult problem for the water tower, a key unit in the phenol recovery section during coal gas production. In this paper, the cause of the above abnormal phenomenon is analyzed from the technologies and equipment, and some corresponding means of improvement are presented. These means eradicate the phenolic water entrainment in the side gas output and improve the ammonia concentration of product from the former 4%~7% to the present 10%~14%. Moreover, the ammonia concentration of the wastewater output from the column bottom is reduced from 500mg/L to 200mg/L below. The preliminary calculation shows that this innovation can bring about 4 million yuan benefit per year for the corporation.
