红外热像诊断技术在设备衬里保温评价中的应用

摘    要:举例介绍了红外热成像诊断技术在蒸汽管线保温评估和加热炉衬里节能检测方面的应用情况,并与其它节能检测方法包括热流计法和点温仪法进行比较,表明红外热成像诊断技术作为一种先进的无损检测分析手段具有无可比拟的优越性,在石化设备衬里保温效果测试和评价方面具有重要作用。

Abstract:A example was given and the application of infrared thermal-imaging diagnostic technique to steam line heat insulation evaluation and furnace lining energy saving detection were introduced, and the result compared with other energy saving detection methods including hot flow meter and infrared nod temperature instrument, showed that as an advanced nondestructive examination analysis measure, infrared thermal-imaging diagnostic technique had the incomparable superiority, and played an important role in the test and evaluation of the petrochemical equipment lining heat insulation effect.
