干式赤泥堆场裂缝特征及成因探讨

广西铝业公司平南平地型赤泥堆场是国内首次采用拜耳法工艺干式堆存,堆场表面干燥后出现不同程度的裂缝。通过采用地质罗盘、经纬仪、皮卷尺等工具对堆场2号库进行的现场踏勘,发现2号库中10条较为明显的主裂缝大致呈东西走向,主裂缝分布在堆场北部到中部,主裂缝周围分布龟纹状、网状细小裂缝。分析认为,赤泥排放先后顺序的不同、赤泥泥浆干缩失水、各库之间压力差以及可溶盐的溶解等原因是造成堆场裂缝产生的根源。

ANALYSIS ON THE CHARACTERISTICS AND GENESIS OF CRACKS OF DRY-TYPE RED MUD YARD

It was the first time to use Bayer’s dry-type storage of red mud in the yard-type flat at home by Guangxi Aluminum Company,which caused the problem of cracks to some extent through on-site spot survey of No.2 pool by geological compass,theodolite,leather measuring tape,ten major cracks occurred in No.2 pool,whose trend was east-west roughly,the major cracks were located from northern to central part of the yard,and many small cracks were distributed around the major crack by netshape as well as rimous pattern.It was concluded that the cracks in the yard were produced by different sequences of red mud emissions,shrinkage of red mud slurry,difference in pressure and solution of soluble salts.
