含膨胀节固定管板换热器管板的简化计算探讨

摘    要:为简化带波形膨胀节固定管板换热器管板的有限元分析计算,以某余热回收换热器为例,利用ANSYS软件分别建立该换热器管板的全模型和简化模型,并将两种模型的管板应力及位移分布进行对比。结果表明:简化模型管板的Tresca当量应力分布及径向位移分布与全模型的一致,但简化模型管板的计算最大应力强度值比全模型约大2.6%。计算结果证明此简化方法可行。

Abstract:To simplify the calculation for finite element analysis of tube-sheet of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger with bellows expansion joint,the entire model and the simplified model of the heat exchanger for waste heat recovery were established by using ANSYS software,and the stress and displacement distribution of tube-sheet of two models were compared.The results show that the distribution of Tresca stress intensity and radial displacement of tube-sheet of the simplified model are consistent with those of the entire model,but the calculated maximum stress intensity of the simplified model is 2.6%higher than that of the entire model,which indicates that the simplified method is feasible.
