沙特混合原油电脱盐技术研究

摘    要:为解决沙特混合原油脱盐问题,通过模拟试验对其脱盐工艺条件进行了研究。模拟得出的最优工艺条件为:注水率5%、温度120℃、破乳剂注入量30μg/g、电场强度800 V/cm、停留时间30 min。试验结果表明,在此条件下沙特混合原油脱后NaCl质量浓度小于3 mg/L,水质量分数小于0.2%。

Abstract:To effectively remove salt from Saudi mixed crude oil, the electric desalting process was studied by simulation tests. The optimized process conditions developed from simulation are: 5wt% water injection, 120 ℃ temperature, 30 ppm dosage of emulsion breaker, 800 V/cm electric field intensity and 30 minutes of residence time. The test results showed that the salt mass concentration and the water weight percentage in desahed oil were less than 3 mgNaCl/L and 0.2 wt% respectively under these conditions.
