烃类水蒸气转化炉出口猪尾管失效问题

摘    要:引述了多起国内外文献报道的烃类水蒸气转化炉出口猪尾管失效事例,分析指出烃类水蒸气转化炉出口猪尾管作为热补偿手段是不可靠的,其实际寿命常常小于设计预期,提出了四项应对措施:(1)减小应力;(2)合理选材;(3)冷弯优化;(4)改善环境。认为解决烃类水蒸气转化炉出口猪尾管失效问题的最好办法是采用取消出口猪尾管的新工艺。

Abstract:The analysis of the failures of hydrocarbon steam reformer outlet down-tail tubes reported in both domestic and foreign literatures concludes that the reformer outlet down-tails are unreliable as means for thermal compensation. The service life of down-tails is always shorter than what is expected. Four measures are recommended such as reduction of stress, proper material selection, optimized cold bending and improved service environment. The best solution to outlet down-tail failure is to use the new process eliminating the down-tail tube.
