丙烷催化脱氢制丙烯工艺分析

摘    要:为满足国内外市场对丙烯日益增长的需求,开发适合增产丙烯的技术愈发迫切。其中丙烷脱氢技术由于收率高倍受关注。对比已经成熟的五种丙烷催化脱氢生产丙烯工艺,从工程的角度,对不同工艺从操作方式、供热方式、反应物的稀释、操作条件、反应器、催化剂、能耗和固定投资等不同方面进行对比分析,指出了各种工艺的优点和不足,并提出结合流化床反应器的特点采用铬系催化剂并在催化剂耐磨强度上有所突破将成为重点发展方向。

Abstract:To meet the increasing demand for propylene,it becomes increasingly urgent to develop technologies for increased propylene production.Among these technologies,propane dehydrogenation process has received greater attention.The five proven propane dehydrogenation processes for propylene production are compared and analyzed in respect of operation,heat supply,reactant dilution,operating conditions,reactor, catalyst,energy requirement and capital investment,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of each process are pointed out.It is proposed that development should focus on Cr-based catalyst based upon special features of fluidized-bed reactor and improvement of catalyst' s attrition resistance.
