摘    要:针对炼油厂二氧化硫烟气排放造成的污染,镁法烟气脱硫技术具有工艺成熟、投资少、脱硫效率高、吸收剂用量少、原料来源广泛、副产物利用途径多等优点,并以某公司常减压蒸馏装置镁法烟气脱硫设施的运行情况和成本为实例,分析了炼油厂应用镁法烟气脱硫技术的可行性。

Abstract:In the reduction of pollution of SO_2 flue gas emission,the flue gas desulfurization with magnesium offers advantages of proven process,lower capital investment,higher sulfur removal rate,lower absorbent consumption,extensive feed sources and multiple utilizations of by-products.The feasibility of application of flue gas desulfurization with magnesium process in petroleum refineries are analyzed through a case study of commercial operation of a facility of flue gas desulfurization with magnesium process in an atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit.
