| 摘 要： | 介绍了50kt／a硫化氢制酸装置工艺流程、技术改造情况和操作要点。针对试车中存在的问题，对硫化氢输送系统、硫磺输送系统、焚烧系统和净化系统进行了技术改造，目前该装置以硫化氢和硫磺为制酸原料，在50％负荷下运行，实际运行指标基本达到设计值。

| Abstract: | The process,revamping situation and operation points of a 50 kt/a hydrogen sulphide-burning sulphuric acid plant are described. Technical improvements in hydrogen sulphide transfer system, sulphur transfer system, combustion system and cleaning system were made to solve some problems encountered during commissioning. Now the plant uses hydrogen sulphide and sulphur as raw materials and operates at half load and the actual operation indexes reach the design values. |
