加氢精制高压换热器压力降升高的原因及对策

摘    要:对中国石油化工股份有限公司塔河分公司汽柴油加氢精制装置高压换热系统压力降持续上升的原因进行分析,发现原料中氯、硫、氮等杂质含量升高、氯化铵盐与硫酸盐在高压换热系统内结晶析出,堵塞了部分换热管。采用高压换热器在线间断水洗,加缓蚀剂,控制介质温度在130℃以上这三项措施,解除了这一装置生产的瓶颈,满足了安稳长运行的要求。

Abstract:The analysis of causes of continuous pressure-drop rise in high-pressure heat exchanger in gasoline and diesel hydrofining unit in SINOPEC Tahe Company concluded that the pressure drop rise was attributed to the plugging of some heat exchanger tubes caused by high impurities like Cl,S and N in the feed and crystallization of ammonia sulfide and sulfate in the heat exchanger.The application of on-line intermittent water washing,addition of corrosion inhibitor and control of medium temperature at over 130℃hav...
