摘    要:针对甘肃陇南地区铅锌硫矿尾矿废水中大量难以沉降的悬浮物,提出了化学混凝处理工艺。研究了不同絮凝剂、助凝剂以及pH调节剂在处理过程中对废水浊度及沉降速度等的影响作用。研究结果表明,选用PAM为絮凝剂、CaCl2为助凝剂、CaO为pH调整剂,其用量分别为14g/L、150g/L、420 g/L时,水中絮体沉降最快,处理后上清液浊度小于10NTU,达到了清洁生产的目的。

Abstract:The chemical coagulation technology was selected for solids in the tailing water of lead-zine mine always maintain suspended and unsinkable in Longnan Gansu.In this study,the residue turbidity and sedimentation rate of the wastewater with different coagulants are examined,using PAM as the flocculant,CaCl2 as coagulation aids and CaO as the pH regulators.The experimental results show that the effects are optimum with the combination of 14g/ t PAM,150 g/ t CaCl2and 420g/ t CaO.Supernatant turbidity of less th...
