| 摘 要： | 以苏州高新区的一个住宅小区作为评价目标,生态住宅小区环境性能评价体系(EPAS)作为方法,得出评价结果,并分析该住宅小区目前的环境状况与生态住宅仍存在的差距,提出了一些相应的改进建议和措施,还对EPAS评价方法提出了改进建议.

| Abstract: | With a residential community at Suzhou Hi-tech Area as the object and the EPAS as the approach, the residential is assessed, and the difference between current environment conditions and that of ecologic residential is analyzed. Also, some corresponding improvement suggestions and measures have been put forward. Besides, the article gives some advices to improve EPAS approach. |
