激光拼焊 Boron 钢板热冲压性能研究

摘    要:以无镀层和Al-Si镀层Boron钢板为研究对象,分别采用激光拼焊技术制作成多段式坯料,应用已有热冲压模具生产零件。通过对基板和焊缝的力学性能、金相组织和断面硬度的分析,比较了激光拼焊无镀层和Al-Si镀层Boron钢板热冲压性能的区别。

Abstract:In this article, Boron steel with and without Al-Si coating are taken into research, they are manufactured by multi-section blanks by tailor welded technology. The two different blanks are used to produce hot stamping parts by the existing hot stamping tool. A series of analysis and comparison, which include the mechanical property, microstructure and sectional hardness of the substrate and weld seam, are applied to find out the difference between these two different tailor welded blanks after hot stamping.
