乙炔清净工序次氯酸钠溶液的配制

摘    要:摘要]介绍了次氯酸钠溶液的配制工艺及其在清净塔内循环工艺,分析了次氯酸钠溶液中有效氯含量及其pH值对乙炔清净效果的影响。结果表明:当有效氯质量分数在0.08%~O.12%、pH值在7~8时,次氯酸钠清净乙炔效果最好。

Abstract:The preparation process of sodium hypochloritc solution was introduccd as wcll as its internal circulation process in acctylcnc purification towcr. The cffects of the availablc chlorine content and pH value of sodium hypochloritc solution on the purification process wcrc analyzcd. The results showed that bcst acctylenc purification effccts could bc achived whcn thc available chlo- rinc content of sodium hypochloritc solution was 0.08 -0.12 wt. % and thc pH value was 7 -8.
