汽车拨叉件氩弧焊机控制系统抗干扰问题的研究

摘    要:氩弧焊机控制系统采用单片机控制需具备有较高的灵敏度,因此抗干扰问题己成为控制系统首要考虑的重要因素。本文分析了氩弧焊接机的单片机控制系统干扰的主要来源,着重从硬件(主动式抗干扰)和软件(被动式抗干扰)两方面进行了抗干扰设计,得到了在焊接汽车拨叉件工作环境条件下稳定地、可靠地运行单片机实时控制系统,解决了强电磁环境对单片机系统的干扰难题。

Abstract:Control system of argon arc welding machine, which utilizes the SCM (Single Chip Machine), requires higher sensitivity, and thus the problem of anti-interference has become the most important factor of the control system.
