摘    要:对4种不同工艺制备的催化剂理化性能和反应性能进行了对比分析,结果表明,分散剂的引入对改善催化剂性能具有明显的作用,催化重油裂化反应转化率较不加分散剂提高0.75个单位以上;控制拟薄水铝石酸化有效酸量可适当调控催化剂性能,应用该方法制备的催化剂磨损指数可控制在2.0%以下。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties and catalytic cracking performance of four catalysts prepared by various processes were compared. Results showed that adding dispersant could significantly improve the catalyst performance, such as the heavy oil conversion of the catalyst could be increased more than 0.75 units as compared with that of catalyst prepared without dispersant. The performance of the catalyst could be adjusted in some ways by controlling the effective acid amount to acidify preudoboehmite, the attrition index of catalyst prepared by this method could be less than 2.0%.
