摘    要:六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)是聚氨酯合成的重要的原料之一。对六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)热分解合成六戚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)进行了研究,考察了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间、物料浓度、催化剂甩量等对反应的影响。优化后反应条件为:以HSFE为催化剂,反应温度260℃,催化剂用量为溶剂质量的0.30%,HDU浓度7.50%。此条件下反应35min,HDI收率为66.51%。

Abstract:The synthesis of hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) from thermal decomposition of hexamethylene diurethane was studied using metal/metallic oxide as catalyst. The effects of catalyst types, reaction temperature, catalyst amount, HDU concentration, reaction time were investigated. Under optimal conditions: 0.30 % HSFE as catalyst, 7.50 % HDU, reaction temperature 260 ℃ and reaction time 35 min. As a result, the yield of HDI reached 66.51%.
