摘    要:本文通过理论分析讨论了在管壳程材料给定情况下流过换热器的冷热两种流体的流程选择对不带膨胀节的固定管板式换热器强度的影响,并用实例证明了结论。最后提出了在对不带膨胀节的固定管板式换热器强度设计时,关于冷热两种流体的流程与管/壳程材料匹配的几点原则。

Abstract:On the basis of theoretical analysis, the influence of selecting deferent flow paths for cold and hot fluids to the strength of fixed tubesheet heat exchangers without expeaion joint was discussed in this paper. The examples were, then, used to verify the theory. Finally, sevdrl priniples for properly metching the flow poths and maeterial selection were suggested.
