基于Java及PS/2协议的数控仿真平台

摘    要:数控加工技术是机械类工科大学生必备的专业技能之一,但由于资源的缺乏及安全的考虑,受培训者实际动手操作的机会有限,教学效果不佳.数控仿真很好地解决了上述问题.文中以数控车床为主要研究对象,给出了切削加工的简单运动学模型和力学模型及Java语言的程序实现,取得了具有真实感的仿真效果.同时基于PS/2协议开发了数控车床的仿真面板,并实现仿真程序与仿真面板的连接.开发出跨平台(cross platform)、即插即用(plug and play)具有真实感的数控车床仿真教学平台.

Abstract:NC machining technology is one of the technologies students of mechanical engineering should study.Considering the safety and lack of NC machine,people studying NC machining technology have little opportunity to practice.NC simulation technology could solve the problem well.Based on NC lathe and Java language,the kinetic model and dynamic model are given out in the paper.Meanwhile the simulation panel based on PS/2 protocol is made.Finally be linking up the simulation program with the simulation panel,an actual NC simulation teaching system with cross platform and plug and play capability is built.
