光子学技术在祖国医学中的应用

摘    要:本文简要叙述了激光针灸、激光血管内照射、超弱发光研究的概况 ,并指出了这些光子学技术在祖国医学领域应用中存在的问题 ,以及进一步研究工作的方向 .激光针灸、激光血管内照射的剂量、疗程及适应病症等问题仍处于临床摸索阶段 ;激光针灸仍不能完全取代传统针灸方法 ;血管内照射的中医治疗方案尚需生物学和临床医学的验证 ;影响生物超弱发光的因素较多 ,对实验现象的解释应审慎

Abstract:This paper outline the research on laser acupuncture, in travascular laser irradiation and biological ultra-weak luminescence, pointed o ut the problems in the photonic application in field of TCM and suggested furthe r research. The dose, period of treatment and indications of laser acupuncture a nd intravascular laser irradiation are in clinic experimental stage, and laser a cupuncture cannot substitute traditional acpuncture. The TCM treatment plan of i ntravascular needs biological and clinical verification. As the biological ultra -weak luminescence can be influenced by various factors, a careful explanation is necessary to this experiment phenomenon.
