东苕溪上游环境流量研究

摘    要:选取水文变动指标IHA(Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration)计算东苕溪上游的环境流量。收集东苕溪上游瓶窑水文站1975~2008年逐日实测流量,计算结果表明:平水年的环境流量5.9×108m3,占东苕溪上游瓶窑站多年平均径流量的58%,符合浙江省水资源开发利用率。

Abstract:In this paper,we use IHA to compute E-flow for the upper reach of Dongtiaoxi,which is one of major rivers flowing into the Lake Tai and seldom affected by human actions.We collect the daily flow data during the period of 1975s-2008s in Pingyao,one of hydrologic station in the upper reach of Dongtiaoxi and then apply IHA to these data.we conclude that the E-flow of Pingyao in the year of average water is 590 million m3,accounts for 58% of average annual flow,which accords with water resources utilization of ...
