| 摘 要： | 文中分析了项目成本管理中存在的问题，提出直建立和完善项目成本核算的管理体制，抓好成本预测、预控，选择、使用好劳务分承包方．加强材料管理．注意提高项目承包班子的整体素质，科学改进项目成本核算制度等，以降低工程成本，增加企业经济效益。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the problems in project cost management.It proposed to build up and perfect the management system of project cost accounting,grasp cost prediction and pre-control,choose and make good use of subcontractor,strengthen materials management,enhance the quality of all the contractors,improve the system of project cost accounting so as to reduce engineering cost and increase the benefit. |
