塑料注射成型滞流现象分析及其解决方法

摘    要:通过塑料注射成型模拟软件HsCAE7.0对一产生滞流的制品进行分析,结果表明制品厚度不均或厚度突变是产生滞流的主要原因.依据此提出了解决滞流的几种方法,并通过一实例验证了其可行性.

Abstract:The product which was effected by hesitation phenomena was analyzed by means of HsCAE 7.0 software. The results showed the non-homogeneity or mutation of the thickness of the product was the key reason for the hesitation phenomena, and based on which the solutions for the hesitation were recommended and the feasibility of the solutions was validated in the analysis of a part.
