提高海上断块油田开发效果主要途径探讨

我国海上已发现许多断块油田,开发它们代价颇高.探讨提高其开发效果的主要途径就显得十分重要.根据国内外陆海断块油田的开发经验,总结出提高我国海上断块油田开发效果的主要途径是:处理好高产与稳产的关系;开采中进行必要的调整措施;依靠机械采油提高采油速度和采出程度;及时采取相应的采油工艺技术.同时还要注意提高中高含水期的开发效果,发挥各类断块油藏的各自有利因素,提高开发效益.前苏联为国际市场提供大量的勘探机会,但它新近解体后的各个国家没有一个比哈萨克斯坦更快地脱离其原有的痕迹,哈萨克斯坦在原苏联中其幅员和油气储量均仅次于俄罗斯而位居第二.哈萨克斯坦的能源工业在其国家的经济复苏中起着领导作用——考虑到它油气资源在世界上的地位,这点就易于理解了.哈萨克斯坦政府早就认识到它的能源部门需要外部的帮助,并且已使其管理油气政策的政府有关机构精简了一些政府官员.

DISCUSSIONS ON APPROACHES TO IMPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT OF OFFSHORE FAULT BLOCK OIL FIELDS

Many fault block oil fields are discovered in China offshore and it is very costly to have them developed. Therefore it is very necessary to investigate the approaches of improving their development economics. The main approaches of improving the economics of China offshore fault block oil fields are summarized according to the development experiences of Chinese and foreign onshore and offshore fault block oil fields as:to handle properly the relation between high production rate and Mable production ;to make necessary adjustments during exploitation;to increase the depletion rate and recovery by artificial lifts;and to apply corresponding production techniques, Meanwhile attentions are to be given to the improvement of development results during medium and high water cut periods and to maximizing the use of favorable factors of each fault block reservoir for the purpose of improving development economics.
