摘    要:针对E-330A工艺入口管线开孔接管结构,采用比较规整的8节点六面体单元建立三维有限元模型,进行了有限元应力分析和应力强度评定,认为此开孔接管结构满足JB 4732-1995<钢制压力容器--分析设计标准>所规定的应力强度,并且有较大的安全余量,可以忽略较小的均匀腐蚀减薄量.

Abstract:Three-dimensional finite element analysis and stress strength evaluation are carried out based on 3-D FEM model with eight nodes hexahedron element for the reinforced structure of the nozzle of E-330 A process inlet line.The reinforced structure of the nozzle can meet the stress strength specified in JB 4732-1995 with a safety allowance,so the decrease in thickness on the inside may be ignored.
