| 摘 要： | 探讨了Web数据挖掘在电子商务智能搜索引擎和客户关系管理等方面的应用,利用Web挖掘技术对电子商务中的大量信息进行分析和推理,从中挖掘出潜在的模式,预测客户行为,为企业的决策者调整市场策略、做出正确的决策、减少风险、获得竞争优势提供帮助。
