汽油芳构化技术的设计和工业应用

摘    要:介绍洛阳石油化工工程公司承担的南充炼油厂 50kt/a直馏汽油芳构化装置和广西田东石化总厂 2 0kt/a直馏汽油芳构化装置的设计概况、主要工艺技术特点和运行情况。根据装置标定和设计数据的对比 ,对有关操作条件、产品分布及产品性质等进行了分析。工业应用结果表明利用芳构化技术改质直馏汽油 ,所产高辛烷值汽油适合作为炼油厂 90号无铅汽油的调合组分。该技术作为催化重整的补充和发展 ,具有广阔的应用前景

Abstract:Design, technical features and running state of 50 kt/yr straight run gasoline aromatization unit in Nanchong Refinery and 20 kt/yr straight run gasoline aromatization unit in Guangxi Tiandong General Petrochemical Works undertaken by LPEC are introduced. Operation conditions, product distribution and product properties were analyzed based on the comparison of unit evaluation and design data. Commercial application shows that the high octane number gasoline produced by straight run gasoline aromatization is a suitable blending stock to 90# lead free gasoline. As a complement and development of catalytic reforming the technology has a wide prospect for application.
