HS-10T液压振动台自激振荡现象分析及解决办法

摘    要:针对HS-10T液压振动台自激振荡现象,通过液压伺服系统MATLAB仿真,开展了液压系统稳定性分析,提出了几种提高液压伺服系统稳定性能的方法。通过振动台参数调试,了解了HS-10T液压系统内环反馈的构成原理。结合仿真分析和参数调试试验结果,提出了降低振动台伺服系统速度反馈系数,提高伺服系统阻尼比,从而提高液压振动台稳定性的办法。

Abstract:For the self- oscillation of HS - 10T, the hydraulic servo system was simulated in MATLAB to study hydraulic system stability, and several methods were presented to improve the stability of hydraulic vibrator. Through adjusting the hydraulic servo system parameters, the structure of HS - 10T was learned. Combining the simulation results and parameter adjusting test results, an effective method of increasing the velocity feedback quotiety was put forward to improve the stability of HS - 10T hydraulic vibrator.
