清平水库补水工程水资源配置

摘    要:在宾阳县合江上新建合江水库拦蓄洪水,通过引水工程将合江富余水量引入已建的清平水库,增加清平水库蓄水量,缓解当地水资源紧缺的矛盾。同时满足和改善合江流域下游的生产、生活、生态条件。通过水资源合理配置,明确宾阳县和武鸣县水权分配方案,实现调入区宾阳县城区及调出区武鸣县罗波镇的共同可持续发展。

Abstract:Hejiang Reservoir is to be constructed in Binyang County and on the upper reach of Hejiang River to retain flood, and its surplus water will be transferred into the constructed Qingping Reservoir by delivery works, so as to increase the water storage of Qingping Reservoir, alleviate local water shortage problem, improve the production, living and ecological conditions of the downstream areas of Hejiang River basin. By rational water resources allocation, water rights were allocated between Binyang County and Wuming County, which ensure joint sustainable development of Binyang county seat with water inflow and Luobo Town of Wuming County with water outflow.
