| Abstract: | Based on a review of the achievements made by Guangxi Water and Power Design Institute in Chninese Communist Party （CCP） building and spiritual civilization construction, the author discussed the role of GWPDI party committee in servicing central tasks, building harmonious and civilized institute. Combined with new situation of water industry reform and development, the author also looks into the future work of CCP building of GWPDI. |
