基于现代城市特征的老年人居住场所适应性设计研究

中国已全面进入老龄社会,老年人的社会生存状态已经成为影响城市发展的重要因素.文章基于现代城市发展特征,结合老年人生理与心理变化,从老人生活行为惯习、居住空间特征、物用场系适应等角度,对老年人在人、设施、空间所形成的居住场所中的适应性进行研究.尝试分析现代城市发展进程中老人因素所带来的特殊问题,归纳出老年人居住空间设计中所要遵循的理念与设计原则.

A Study on Adaptability Design of Living Districts for the Old Based on Modern City Features

China has completely entered the aging society. The social living status of the old has become an important factor influencing the urban development. This article combined the physiological and psychological change of the old based on the modern city development features, and conducted the study on the adaptability in the living districts for the old which are formed by human, facilities and space from the aspects including the living and behavior habits of the old, residential space features and physical use adaptability; and tried to analyze the special problems brought by the factor of the old during the development progress of modern city, and concluded the idea and design principle which the design of the residential space for the old shall conform to.
