含金铜硫矿石浮选分离工艺的研究

摘    要:含金铜硫矿石的浮选分离受磨矿细度、捕收剂、调整剂等许多因素的影响,作者针对各矿物的不局浮选特性,制订了优先浮选工艺流程,使铜、金、硫矿物在适宜的条件下进行了浮选分离,获得了较好指标。试验根据铜硫矿物之间可浮性差异,采用石灰与CP组合抑制剂,成功地实现了铜硫的浮选分离,获得了较高质量的铜精矿,使铜、金的浮选指标高于现厂生产指标,并解决了企业由于铜精矿品位低而难于销售的困难。

Abstract:The flotation separation of copper sulphides ore containing gold is affected by soime factors,such as grinding fineness,collectors,modifiers,etc.The author worked out the selective flotation flowsheet in accordance with different flotation characteristics of various minerals.The flotation separation of copper,gold and sulphur minerals was successfully done under appropriate condition.Better results have been obtained,Accor-ding to the difference of flotability of copper and sulpliur minerals,cop-per and sulphur flotation separation was successfully achieved by using the combined CP depressant and lime.A higher quality copper concentrate was obtained.The flctation results were better than the plant production indi-ces.The technology solved the difficuIt problem to be sold by reason of low grade of Copper concentrate in concentrator.
