摘    要:职业教育是我国现代教育体系中重要组成部分,随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,学生数量增多,高职学生的素质存在较大差异性.素质差异性带来目标的差异性,对高职学生应尊重并适应他们的目标差异,采取不同目标的学生设置不同的激励与管理模式,积极探寻提高学生管理效能的有效路径.

Abstract:Vocational education is an important part of modem education system. With the development of vocational education, the number of students increasing, there is a great difference in the quality of students. Differences in the quality lead to object differenti- als. In order to explore effective way of improving student management, it is imperative to respect and adapt to their different goals and apply different incentive and management models.
